A Problem in Need of a Solution…
Our journey began with a strong foundation in creating and managing WooCommerce plugins, focusing on local services such as payment gateways, shipping methods, and product comparison tools. Our founder, who ran a successful plugin e-shop at Toret until its sale to Tomáš Crikla of WP Lama in September 2019, also authored the only comprehensive e-book on WooCommerce in Czech.
Despite our specialized expertise, we saw a significant gap in the market. Web designers were crafting impressive sites, and software advancements were rapid, yet there was a lack of dedicated maintenance and troubleshooting services for WooCommerce websites. We often found ourselves fixing intricate and obscure issues for e-commerce site owners, even though our primary focus wasn’t on ongoing support.
Years later, the need for a specialized, expert team like ours remained unmet. Thus, we established our team to fill this gap, offering dedicated maintenance and site fixes to ensure seamless operation and support for WooCommerce websites.
